Terms of Service

This document, what you agree to when you use Rosby, is being finalised for the private pilot and will be published here before general availability.

Until then, two commitments hold and are enforced in the product itself: your conversation transcripts are encrypted at rest, and Rosby never keeps your audio. A spoken turn is transcribed and discarded in the same breath, and any recording you make to practise is analysed and then deleted, never stored past the session.
